       Ways to Recive Strikes

       Supervisors and Management can give strikes. Nothing lower.
       The way to receive a strike is by the reasons below. If a user
       on the server or a Manager witnesses these actions you will
       receive 1-3 strikes depending on how bad the situation is.  Once
       you get 3 strikes you get revoked and you will no longer have
       any admin powers.
       - ulx abuse. E.g. Using noclip as non AOD and while not
       building.
       - punishing same rank or higher.
       - Banning a player more than your limit.
       - unprofesionalism.
       - Overbanning a player.
       - Role playing as AOD.
       - Basing as AOD.
       - Banning/kicking without a reason.
       - Not following the rules of the server.
       - Not using common sense...
       *Management can use any command at anytime if they feel is
       necessary*
