Why are you interested in being Aerial Staff?: I am interested
in becoming part of the Aerial staff team because I see high
potential in this server, and would like to be a part of the
team to help it grow and develop. I know a few of the staff
memebers, and they're good to the community which you dont see
on many server cough deso cough cough and I really enjoy seeing
server rise up from a good team.
TEST *EXPLAIN IN DEPTH*
The server starts lagging bad and you check console and someone
is spamming props... How do you respond?
I would stop what I am doing, and immediately swith to the Admin
on Duty class. Than after that see who is spamming props,
teleport to them, and freeze them on sight. After they are
frozen, take care of the props temporarily to keep the server
playable, than ask what the player was doing, and why. Upon
his/her response if its..
A) A reasonable response and an obvious mistake of the person
with no harm intended to the server, let them off with a
warning and explain the issue to them
B) An obvious lie/admitting to crash the server ban them for a
temporary time and take the evidence to the forums and request a
perm ban be set on the player to keep the server up and running.
A player joins and RDMs 2 people... What do you do?
When a player joing and RDMS 2 people, teleport and jail him/her
to you. Most likely this person will be a gundealer, but no
matter the class, question this person and see what made them
think killing these people was okay. Almost 90% of the time the
person will argue and have no intention or roleplay, with that
being the case, proceed to ban them for max time your rank
allows and if need be, request a ban increase from higher ups.
2 players call you to a sit and they accuse each other of RDM
then breaking NLR... How do you handle it?
Bring both players to a secluded area and let them both explain
their stories one by one. Make sure to check the damage logs,
along with the time attached to the logs. See if the damage logs
also prove if he/she broke nlr. Ask if either have evidence. If
not, deal with as fit. If they DO have evidence, ask for it,
review it, and deal with as fit.
