       New drugs mod Added

       We have thrown away our old drug system in order to fully work
       off of this new system and allow players to really get all that
       this new drug system has to offer. It has a leveling system
       based off of how much experience you have at making drugs and
       also add more purity as you become closer and closer to a drug
       kingpin.
