Is there a support area where I can get help/advice

I do not consider this a bug but I'm having a few minor issues
that I am not sure how to fix but I cant find a better section
to post this.
I went through the installation steps, including the patching
from the discord.
when I tried to launch the game, it was unplayable because of
the resolution size that it defaulted to.
I also had a bunch of ini files that seemed player specific
(meaning someone else's characters). I finally decided to try
removing *all* the ini fles (I moved them to a separate folder
so that if necessary, I could restore them) and the game was
playable but it did give me some weird text responses at certain
stages of launching the game.
It is playable, but I log into the game and no one is on the
server except me. The list of servers displays some odd
characters and names, but the closest thing I could find - well,
I'll try attaching some screenshots to show some examples.
So I guess im asking two things - does anyone know what I need
to do for the weird texts (I can live with them so far so if
there is not good solution I'm okay) and more importantly, am I
on the right server or not?

this is a local windows issue. I am not sure where to fix
