       Encrusted Chain Suit

       I equipped the Encrusted Chain Suit today to compare it to
       Boshinko's BP. One has Dodge 2 and the other Parry 16%. I was
       attempting to see which one would be better for a ranger, since
       we get both skills. When wearing the Chain suit, I noticed that
       my Dodge skill did not go up. I'm at 205/210. I expected it to
       change colors (to green, signifying it was moded) but it didn't.
       Based on what I see, I don't think the dodge mod is working.
       When I wear Boshinko's BP my Parry skill goes from (white)
       205/210 to (green) 237/210 for example. I was expecting
       something similar for my Dodge skill when wearing the Chain
       suit.

       It turns out that Improved Dodge II effect does not work by
       adjusting the skill rating for Dodge, but rather increases your
       chance to dodge by 20% plus or minus a percentage point
       depending on rounding. I would be surprised if it is not
       working.
