       Not sure if it's as intended, I thought I read somewhere that
       the newbie weapons have some class/race restrictions relaxed.
       This is only usable by Druids.

       Race restrictions were removed from all newbie gear, but class
       restrictions still apply in some cases.  A few items are
       multi-class usable, most are still for the initially designed
       class.
       As for stats, I'll take a look at this weapon and adjust it in
       the coming days.
