Rantho Rapier

So I was searching for a two hand slashing weapon and found a
lead about Rantho Rapier. I painstakingly did the quest and lo
and behold I discovered its a piercer here. It was suppose to be
a two hand slash weapon. Is there anyone I can bribe to make it
ranger usable and revert it back to a two hand slashing weapon?
It is currently war pal and rog usable.

is room only for a single hand on the grip.
