       Out of Combat Regen

       I've been leveling as a Dark Elf Paladin and recently just hit
       level 20.  I'm a solo person so I don't box, I don't mind
       grouping with others but there aren't to many people to group
       with but one thing I have noticed is the out of combat regen for
       both health and mana.
       I understand that the server is about the journey but to be
       frank out of combat health and regen just sucks currently.  I
       hope it doesn't come across as impatient but perhaps the out of
       combat regen for mana and health could be increased to at least
       regen 3% of both out of combat per tick instead of about 1%?

       speak to an innkeeper they may have tools to assist you in this
       solo journey
