       Silversilk Leggings

       The effect Froglok Phantom Power from Silversilk Leggings (from
       Lower Guk) never goes off, clicking it you get the messages:
       You begin casting Froglok Phantom Power.
       Your Silversilk Leggings being to glow.
       Spell recast timer not yet met.
       Even when clicking them off cooldown, never get any buff.

       Ok found out why it wasn't working, it wont stack with cleric hp
       buff or cleric symbol. I took cleric AC buff off before casting
       it before and didn't work. I didn't think it would take the slot
       of an hp buff for 7ac.
