       The two samples collected indicate that Combat Fury rank 3 is
       almost certainly not working as intended for Monks. Taking the
       averages of both samples as the true critical hit rates shows an
       increased of 0.15% more crits for the third rank of Combat Fury.
       My expectation for the improvement to critical chance is
       somewhere around 1-2 percentage points, and the size of these
       samples suggests that it is virtually impossible to be that
       high.
       Hits were against Gargoyles in The Devastation.
