       Crash, cousin of Crush sent a player out of bounds

       Crash sent our tank through the roof of the tunnels in delvea
       far above the intended play area for that zone. The character
       was levitating at the time and was able to float back down into
       the normal battle area. Crash exhibited "usual" z-axis problems
       for some time after the tank returned to the ground.
