       Bard AA - Boastful Bellow

       The bards AA Boastful Bellow that costs 44 AA points only hits
       between 15-40 damage.  I feel like with the idea of making bards
       do more damage this ability should atleast be 200 like it its
       first rank is on live (which only costs 6 aa....)  Also, it
       appears to be generating a lot of hate as well
