AA xp in dungeons

I spent some time this morning grouping in Hatchery. I feel like
there should be a boost to the xp in these 6 man dungeons
because the overall mission of the server (grouping) is thrown
out the window when you can have a group each clearing/kiting a
portion of Dulak.

To encourage group exp grinding it might be more effective to
increase the group exp modifier than to try to nerf strategies
besides tank and spank.
