sir, what if the question is asking for the deference in
       transformation between f(x)=log10(20) and f(x)=log3(20)?

oh, and how do u find the equation of asymptote of
f(x)=log10(20) and it's domain and range? my notebook got wet

       Well think about this way.
       Log100 (100) vs log10 (100).
       it is 1 vs 2.
So the bigger the base is, the shorter the graph is. So vertical
compression/stretch is also affected by the base number.
Another way is that changing base to abother number affects the
number in the front, which affects the vertical
       stretch/compression.

Dry the note and suck all the liquid out!!!
       I am kidding lol.
Well, remember that the vertical asymptote is only affected by
the d which is directky subtrated or added to x. For examples,
       y= log (x-2) has vertical asymptote at x= 2.
Domain will be real number greater than x=2.
       Range is everything.
If you know to graph this will be very easy to understand.
       Hope this helps.
