       For the extra questions that was posted...
       for #2, how do you know that you need to use the equation
       y=ax^3+cx? I understand why it would be ax^3 but how do you know
       that you need to have "cx" as well.
       Same goes for #3, how do you know that you need to use
       y=ax^4+cx^2+e... like for the cx^2+e part...

       for chapter 1 don't apply to us because we haven't learned any
       of it... right?

       the power is decreasing..as you notice you start with ax^4 then
       bx^3  , cx^2 would be next and so on until there is no x..powers
       are 4, 3, 2, 1, 0

       We've learned questions 1-9 in class. #3 is a hard question and
       I couldn't get the right answer.

       I'm talking about the challenging questions in the McGraw
       workbook... not the attachment that was on the forum. If that's
       what you were referring to
