Keep pressing "ok", then eventually it will open the file.

No it won't be. As it is said in class, the rate of change will
be covered in the last unit.

unit 1 test

What material do we need to study for the test? Because I've
done the booklet questions (1.1-1.3) but I have it written down
that we need to do 1.4, 1.5, 3.3-3.5...? But looking in the
McGraw workbook chapter 3 isn't applicable to us and neither is
1.5... So do I only need to do the challenging questions and 1.4
and that's all?

As I said, don't go by the section numbers. That is why I told
what to study with TOPIC.
The topics are Absolute value, Piecewise function, graphing and
transformation, and polynomial fucntion.
Hope this helps.

For your concern, absolute value questions and piecewise
function questions will be quite simple ones. More focus is on
polynomial functions

Sorry for confusion. That part is not on the test. No worries.
It was my mistake that the slope questions are on the extra
questions.
