Play a game with me [closed, cellar]

The cellar was dark. Two forms were lying on the stone floor,
both unconsious. They would be allowed to wake at their own
pace. They were not bound, they would not be needed. When they
woke, neither would be able to sense the others prescance or see
the other. They were each trapped in their own mini labrynth,
the illusions at the control of the white haired man with the
sucker who watched them from his perch upon a barrel. He would
remain unseen by the two as long as he desired. For now, he
waited.

Ankur groan quietly as he awoke slowly, wondering where he was.
Feeling the soreness and pains from his wounds, he remembered
what happen. Even though it wasn't bleeding, nor did he feel
weaker, he could still feel them, telling him that the battle
was real.

Selene opened her eyes, she looked around confused as to where
she was. Her eyes widened as she remembered the last thing she
saw. Her eyes teared up and she wrapped her arms around herself.

Loki watched the two wake up, smirking lightly at the young
female guardian's reaction in particular. His attention focused
on her for a moment, he looked from her to the book he always
carried again. The silence in the room was deafening to the 2
guardians. The silence allowed for Selene's thoughts to focus
again on her brother. The blood still seemingly on her hands,
if she tried to clean them, it would remain, as if mocking her.
The fainest echo's of his screams seemed to whisper on the air.
Ankur on the other hand, heard and saw nothing. For the moment
pure darkness, stifling, suffocating. Its almost as if he is in
a void with nothing living exisiting in it, other than him.
Nothing holds him from moving about in the black seperate space
that he sits in.

Ankur look around, he see nothing... hear nothing... something
just isn't right, it almost as if he was alone in this dark
void...
'where am I...' he though. Decided not to just sit there and
wait for whatever would come, he stood up slowly and walk
forward through the darkness.

She bit her lip, drawing her knees close she rested her head
atop her knees and cried softly, hating herself for not being
able to save her brother and keep him safe.

As she cried the darkness did nothing to ease her sadness.
Slowly but surely the sound of her brothers last moments grew in
intenstiy. The sound of the joy of seeing his sister, followed
by the shattered hope, that last moment of his life. Each time
striking like a knife through the darkness, almost as if testing
her resolve.
As Ankur walked through the darkness for a while the only sound
was that of his own footsteps and his own heartbeat. The lack
of other sounds in the area amplifying the smallest of sounds.
Its unsettling to say the least. The hair on the back of his
neck stands up almost as if there is an electricity in the air.
There is no way to pinpoint the eerie quality of the space he
currently resides in. The silence beckoning him almost to speak
aloud to himself, just to convince him that there is something
human that exists.

Her nails dug into her legs, she whimpered softly wanting to
cover her ears but she didn't want to move an inch from her
spot.

Still not hearing anything else other than his footsteps and his
heartbeat, he starting to felt his hairs on his neck stand up,
wondering if maybe this isn't real... "Hey!? Anyone here?
Hello?" he yelled through the darkness, hoping he isn't really
alone in this void...

In the darkness the feeling of something wet, and sticky pooled
around Selene. Not being able to see further than holding her
hand in front of her face she cannot see the source. If she
investigates the liquid however, she will find the deep red of
blood around her. The screams never giving her a moment of
peace.
As he continues there is nothing that would give him cause to
think this is not real. This is reality for him, no need to
question it. His voice echoes through the darkness. It returns
to his ears, intermingled with the faint sounds of children's
laughter.
