She set set the water bottle down and followed him upstairs. "It
wasn't nothing Nero! Where'd you hear that?" she asked and
crossed her arms.

"nobody" he answered without looking at her, he didnt want roka
in trouble for trying to help. nero sat his pocket watch on the
dresser and sat on the edge of the bed

She looked away "There's nothing to talk about...nothing
happened. I'm fine." she said, her nails digging into her arms
as she spoke.

door "just like the rest" he slams the door and is gone

She flinched when the door was slammed, and fell back against
the wall. She knew he was right and that she was keeping him
out, but she didn't want to admit her weakness and have him look
at her the same way she saw herself. Sighing softly she rifled
through the closet and found a jacket of his, slipping it on she
went out of the apartment and took a seat in front of the door
to wait for him to come back.
