She looked around the room as she gathered her thoughts. "Roka
is that kid that lives in the orphanage with me, he's the one
that gives all those tinlgy weird feelings when he's around me.
I'm guessing he's a guardian just like us! Well to answer your
question he's been gone all day. Oo! When I went shopping I
overheard a couple of older folks talking about a massive attack
that happened some where near here." She pondered some more and
more, trying to remember how the elders conversation went. "They
said something about a girl with green hair, large building
pieces that fell from the sky and a boy who told them to
evacuate." She looked into Mitsuki eyes with worry. " I really
think he's in trouble. And if he is captured by demons..they
might hurt him!" she stressed the last part.

(I shall let civilian knowledge of the Loki/Dracon battle go,
but other battles will be Bleach style, with people who don't
have powers/contracts unable to see the battle happening but are
still affected by it. Is that agreeable.)

(I am in total agreement with this. As well as I would offer
that if there is "civilian" or NPC information to be offered
that it is done so by an admin or someone who has the express
consent or go ahead from an admin, with specific limits on what
information may or may not be given)
