Watching and waiting [open, afternoon]

Sitting in a tree on the edge of the field, Loki sat in the
seculsion watching the Shrine from afar. He had his book in his
lap and was reading it sucking on a sucker.

A slight weight slammed into him from behind, somehwat cushioned
by his stuffed animal it would instatly let Loki know who the
"attacker" was. "LOOOOOOKIIII!" Jester whined, sniffling softly
as he clutched his brothers sleeve.

As he was slammed into from behind Loki fell forward slightly
and sighed. Turning to see Jester he saw his distressed,
sniffling face and ruffled his hair lightly. "That is in fact
my name. What has you so troubled Jester?"

A pout began to form on the young demons face. "I was outmatched
by two stupid Guardians yesterday. They were mean to me and
didn't play the games right. One of them shot my arm and the
other made it so I didn't heal all the way so I have a stupid
mark and, and I didn't like it they need to be punished!" he
whined, lip trembling.

"You were outmatched by two of them huh?" He rested his fingers
against his chin. He sighed as the younger demon pouted, his
eyes falling to his arm as he spoke of the wound. "It is
certainly not fair for them to not play the games right. We
will need to teach them the rules of then brother. Who was it
that did not play by the rules?"

He hugged his bunny, "One of them was the Guardian of Many
Lights, I think she's one of the ones that hold a Gate Key. The
other was unknown to me, but he used stupid guns to shoot my
cards." he said, nodding as he rested his head atop the stuffed
animals.

His head tilted, as a smirk crossed his face. "You found one
that holds a key? Even though they may not have played by the
rules, you have located one of the 5. There is merit to that
Jester." He ran his hand through his hair. "The one that shot
your cards, we will have to figure out who he is, and of course
make him pay for what he's done."

"Ah that reminds me before I encountered those two I left a
weaker demon to attack another Guardian . She lost of course but
that was of no true loss to us, I instructed her to merely play
around with the girl as a warning of battles to come and I
suppose she got too cocky and paid the price in the end." he
said and tilted his head. "Seperate I believe they can be
handeled but together they may prove to be quite difficult. Of
course the Trickster Trip can handle it!"

Loki nodded along with the story. "If she got too cocky then in
the end she would have posed a problem. However I would assume
that the warning was recived despite her loss." He finished
biting the sucker off its stick and flicked it to the ground
below. "We shall aim to take them seperately then, however if
need be, you are right. The Trickster Trio will certainly
prevail in our goal."
