Mitsuki walked up to her room her satchel of books hanging at
her side. An eager pup ran to her as soon as she walked in
which brought a smile to the girls lips. "Hey Ben. Have you
been good?" She scratched his ears softly before giving her
greetings to her parents. After a bit of family time she headed
up to her scanctuary, her room. The soft grey walls with
lavender curtains and bedding, the room called to the day birds
inner calm. Walking in she sat down on the bed and leaned back
staring up at the ceiling. She closed her eyes and let her mind
wander, but at the same time it went quiet. Almost in a
meditative state she stayed there.

Creeping into the house, it was late. Her parents were asleep,
she knew that, what she was hoping was to not get Ben into too
much of a tizzy. As soon as the door closed she heard the
pounding of paws. Putting a finger to her lips she gave the pup
a knowing look and he slowed down. Leaning down she ruffled his
fur and led him up to her room. Sitting on the bed Ben hopped
up and set his head in her lap. Speaking quietly she pet the
top of his head. "I'm sorry Ben......I didn't mean for you to
worry." She sighed and shut off the overhead light and rested
her head on a pillow.

Nicolina browsed her phone as she and Mitsuki made there way
back to her house. "Hm should probably let Nero know I want be
home for two days." she mumbled.

Mitsuki followed along with Nicolina, limping along carefully.
She tilted her head softly at Lina's mumbling. "Not going home?
Going to clear your head or something?" she asked cautiously.

She nodded "A bit of that and seeing a family friend about
something." she answered.

Mitsuki nodded softly, "That sounds like a good reason for a
trip. I'm sure you'll be just fine, so I won't tell you to be
careful." She gave the night owl a light smile. "Who knows I
could still be sleeping when you get back."

She rolled her eyes "Hopefully not, who would fill the empty
void in the library if you were to sleep for two days." she said
and sent a text to Nero informing him she'd be gone for about
two days. Thinking it over she sent one to Roka as well since
he'd be there, she tucked her phone away. "

Mitsuki couldn't help but let out a light laugh, coupled with a
wince. "I'm pretty sure that the library would go on without
me."

a bit as they neared her house.

A slightly concerned look falls over her face. "Hmmm....i
wouldn't want the library to explode. I do like it in tact."
As they approached her house, Benelli was sleeping on the porch.
Hearing Mitsuki's voice he bounded over to the gate wagging his
tail excitedly.
