I feel they're getting closer [open, late afternoon]

The final school bell for the day had long since fallen silent,
but still a young woman sat at a table in the library. Her teal
hair tucked behind her ear, as she bit her lip softly, reading
yet another book. Today's subject, anatomy. As she finished a
chapter she looked outside the window. The sun had begun its
inevitable descent across the sky. "I guess I should be getting
home soon." She sighed and stood, packing up her study
materials. A light shiver ran down her spine, but she shook it
off, sure it was just the approach of the night.

Jester chuckled, a deck of black cards were sitting in the palm
of his hands. "Ah now which card shall I use. I wouldn't want to
cause too much damage until I'm told to do so." he said to
himself, shuffling the deck he reached in and pulled out a 4 of
spades card . The card began to glow and soon 4 black spikes
were being shot at the school windows.

Shouldering her bag the young woman turned to the door to head
out of the building. Well until she heard the shattering glass
that is. At the sound she spun on her heel to see a black spike
fly to catch the spike spear a book shelf. "This can't be good.
I hope there's not anyone else in the school." She ran a hand
through her teal hair and sprinted through the doors into the
hallway keeping her ears open for the sounds of anyone still in
the school.

"Come on out little Guardian! I can sense you in there." he
said and 7 spikes were shot at the school this time. "I am so
very lonely. Don't you want to come out and play with me?!" the
young boys voice took on an almost sad tone, but a sadistic
smirk was on his face as he randomly selected another card from
the deck.

Roka woke up from his nap at the sounds of glass shattering and
the sounds of something hitting. "Huh...? Oh School already
over? Ah I need to get back to the orphanges and play with those
younger kids..." he get up from one of the empty classroom and
enters the hallway while stretching his arms.

She grumbled as she heard the voice. The sadness in the voice
almost made her slow, but she trusted that shiver in the
library. As she sprinted through the halls she almost ran head
first into the boy as he walked out. Seeing she wasn't the only
one in the school her eyes widened slightly. Concern, filled an
almost authoritative voice. "I would run. Now!" She called to
him, as she slid under a spike that had come through the window
in front of her.

Roka jumped back on reflex from both the glass shattering and
the girl's words. Seeing the spike, he prepare himself to run
down the hallway toward where the nearest exit would be after
thinking it not safe.

"Are you running away from me? That hurts my feelings, all I
wished to do was play a little game." chuckling under his breath
Jester floated up higher and aimed a 9 of spades card at the
school. "You can't hide forever dear prey. So come on out and
play!" he sang, voice teasing as he shot the spikes at the
school. "Neh Usa-chan they are being quite rude, perhaps we
should bring out the royalty" he said to the pink bunny and
began picking cards out of his deck.

The young woman skidded to a stop and ran her hand through her
hair. She didnt want the school to be demolished while he
looked for her. She heaved a light sigh and turned to the boy.
She didnt know him, but her instincts were on keeping others
safe. [i]"If you can get somewhere safe do so. It is not safe
here now. Do what you can to get out of here." She walked to
the window and hosited herself into the space where the glass
once stood. Looking for the source of the voice she sighed.

Roka nodded, but he knew he can't leave her alone to whatever
going on. "Be careful, I gonna go see if anyone else is still
here aside from us and get them to safety if they are." He ran
outside in the back of the school and look around to see if
anyone else is here.
