Studies and Solitude [Library, open]

Mitsuki had her headphones dropped over her ears and smiled
lightly as she wandered back into the library. Running her
fingers through her hair she took a deep breath, enjoying being
back in the library for a bit. Her arm, mostly better, but
still in a sling for the time being, for precautionary measures.
Heading straight for the medical section of a library she
smiled as she found a few new journal articles. "Hmmm....this
one looks interesting." She picked it up and headed towards her
usual table.

Almost dropping her journal articles seeing someone at her
normal table she quickly caught herself. "Oh......hi Nero.
What are you doing here?"

Mitsuki sighed and sat herself in the chair across from him. "I
guess I can understand that. How are you holding up?"

"as worst as possible" he said blatantly and flipped through a
book that was sitting on the table "i really miss her"

She cringed softly at his tone, not that she could blame him.
Quite sure in his position she wouldn't be faring much better.
She just felt bad that she had been fairly useless as of late.
Sighing softly she nodded. "I....can imagine. I'm really sorry
Nero." She set her papers down on the book. "We'll do
everything we can....you know that right?"

Her body tensed as he spoke. "...........yeah I guess that's
true. Denying it wouldn't do me any good." She bit her lip and
stared at the table. A knot of shame twisted in her stomach.

through the pages "we all face hard times....we all have
struggles, but the true test of strength is not giving in"
