A day bird and her books [open, mid day]
By: Haruko Date: March 14, 2013, 8:43 pm

Back at her usual study table, the teal haired girl still
sported a black turtleneck to hid the bruising on her neck.
Feeling off still she figured that getting back to her normal
study schedule would be for the best. Her bag was fuller than
usual, almost as if there was a change of clothes contained
within.

"So the little day bird is back in her nest. Tch and here I'd
hoped you would be outside with your lover boy." she said from
behind, arms crossed an a smirk on her face.

Rubbing her temples teal eyes looked up from the page she was
reading. Knowing the voice at the first word, rolling her eyes
at the comment of being out with lover boy. "Oh yes, clearly I
should be out neglecting my studies. How will I ever survive
being back in the library?" She pinched the bridge of her nose
lightly.

She nodded "Exactly Suki, you should be out on a date, flirting,
giggling like a school girl...instead you're in the stuffy
library." she said and took a seat across from her with her
latest romance novel.

Another roll of the eyes followed the continuing comments.
"Did you ever think maybe i prefer to study rather than
partake in useless prattle of the everyday moments?" She
muttered under her breath.

She raised an eyebrow at what she heard and flipped open her
book. "Yeah I did, but that thought was there for a few seconds
before I decided Day Bird the Robot needed some human
interaction."

Mitsuki sighed and set her book down for a moment rubbing her
temples. "I guess it wasn't that bad to get out for once."
She rested her hands over her neck, and looked at Lina.

She smirked "See, you can have fun outside the library." she
said and looked up from her book. She noticed the day bird
touching her neck and frowned "Sleep wrong last night? Or did
your little lover leave you a goodbye hickey?" she asked her
smirk becoming wider as she leaned forward.

"I still prefer the library." Mitsuki's eyes focused on the
table and narrowed at the last comment. Clenching her fist she
restrained herself from sounding too icy. "It was neither. I
just got caught up in something I shouldn't have. It will heal
in its own time."

Her teasing smirk fell away as she set her book down "And what
exactly happened Suki?" she asked.
