House of Falling Cards (Demons Only, Grim/Aku, night)

Grim trailed a bony finger across the surface of the dusty
counter top, tattered cloak fluttering behind him while his
scythe left a trail on the dirt covered floor. "How fragile the
human world is, it is so easy for mortal creatures to simply
abandon something. They convene together, take all that they can
until nothing is left and leave the rubbish behind like a boring
toy." he said, his voice holding no tone as he stopped at the
broken window. "But then demons are the same, just choosing to
acknowledge it and let it govern future actions...wouldn't you
agree Aku?" he asked.
The young why haired boy looked at Grim, head tilting at the
question that he chose not to answer. Instead he turned around
and looked up at the ceiling.

"So the rumor is true, you have shown up. It is good to see you
again Grim." Damion said, making sure to keep the irritation out
his voice for the wait. He smiled pleasantly and bowed. "We are
in great need of your assistance." he added and took a seat. He
noticed Aku and nodded his head in acknowledgement.

Loki miandered in a few minutes later his hands behind his head,
and a sucker in his mouth. Bowing lightly to the grim he
smirked and took a seat in a window sill. "Its good to see you
again Grim, you as well Aku."

"Yes, I've heard. It seems you and your friends have been busy
gaining information on the new Gate Keepers." he said, turning
his attention to Aku as he came to stand beside him. "Sadly dear
Aku believes working with you all would be a waste of time, when
we can simply get the keys ourselves."

Damion kept his smile but a black flame took form behind his
back. "Oh that is very unfortunate. But I am certain things
would go much faster and smoother if we all work together."

Sebastion sigh softly to himself after seeing the black flames.
"If I may, it is still wise to work together as the guardians
are also working together. We have gotten valuable information
over the past days as well so our efforts are not in vain." He
said softly.

Loki ran his fingers through his hair before twirling the sucker
stick in his other hand, sensing the prince's irratiation. "I'm
sure there is some benifit to us being involved."

Dracon punched the floor and cracked it "who the hell do you
think you are?" Dracon stood up baring his fangs "we WILL be
helping, this task was trusted to us by our fathers" dracon
growled
