       Logan ran, sweat dripped off his forehead. His shirt stuck to
       his body, as if it was a layer of skin on its own. His movements
       were stiff and sluggish, he was tried and the weights dugg into
       his skin but he didn't stop. He finish his parkour and he had a
       half of a mile of running to do.

       Logan stopped to catch his breath. He notice that he was alone,
       taking a deep breath and closing his eyes. In the few seconds
       his eyes were closed, Logan decided to put everything he had
       left into the short distance. When his eyes opened he took off,
       he was a blur dust kick up behind him.

       Logan finished and drunk some water. He sat down for a few
       minutes before heading back to his house.
