but the server got deleted and i always play on that server 3 -
4 hours

You have your rights but not in the choise of a staff position
untill you yourself become one.
Players cant choose a admin, only the staff team which consits
of the owner, co-owner, manager, head admin, admin and moderator
can vote but only the Owner and co-owner say the last decision
whether a applicant gets accepted or denied.
