I suggest that when some body gets a 99 on the server, a message
will pop up saying the name of the person and they have received
what ever 99 stat----- Xxrangepkxx has received 99
Dungeoneering.

Nice idea. I think that the pk level should go up twice as fast
too.

I don't know how easy or hard this would be to code, but I can't
see it being horribly difficult.
