       New Server Home Poll

       I made this to keep better track of the people voting for which
       new home base they want for the server whenever it comes out,
       and so Impulse can get that new home ready sooner so the
       community is satisfied. I have listed all of the locations that
       have been suggested the most so far, along with an 'other'
       button for people who don't want any of the cities listed and
       wish to suggest a new place. This will be up for 10 days, and
       players get only one chance to vote, however, I am allowing
       people to switch votes if they change their mind. Unless you
       vote for other, try not to comment, as I see there is no point
       If you voted for other, please write down the location in a
       comment, but DON'T vote other if you want to keep EDGEVILLE or
       you are voting for YANILLE, those 2 won't be considered at all.

       Impulse already knows where the home will be.  The server is
       almost ready for release, I believe.
