I don't agree, because the people who have already maxed and
moved on then will have to do it again, which kind of isn't fair
to them.

I think it would be pretty sweet... As long as it was designed
so that it also raised your combat to the right proportion when
you leveled up ATT/STR/DEF/HP/PRY.
