To fix up Misconducts post with my own, in the normal spellbook
I'm sure you know the bosses teleport, but it's actually Ape
Atoll for advanced bosses.

Kill them each 1000 times or something like that. But if you can
do it in like 5 minutes, why won't you?

Because I don't exactly want that to be public. Let players
just go kill monsters, rather than camp the ones with the best
drop rate.

Yea, you have a good point. It's just a little annoying to spend
hours and hours to get a specific item, just to find out, that
it would have been easier to kill something else, like avatar,
and just buy it for the cash.
