You should be able to summon baby dragons and such like
runescape, cause i want to summon a frost dragon.

Umm umm, you cant summon frosts, just blue, red, black. and they
aren't for combat i dont think lolol

Would be really hard to add, although he might be able to add
some other really cool non-rs NPC in that's just as cool, baby
frost dragon would be cool if a source for that exists.

cant do that unless you have 317 source, because customs we're
being made then but after the update customs stopped, so no.
