Please, provide a brief introduction about yourself:
Most of you know me as GerZ, I've been playing VCMP since early
2018, although I first joined briefly in late 2017, apart from
that I've focused on deathmatch gameplay since i'm a competitive
person and over time I managed to become the best at that, I’ve
made a lot of friends and plenty of enemies along the way, and
my skills reached a point where some players even doubt my
legitimacy and start to call me a hacker, but if you look at my
history, you’ll see I’ve never been banned, aside from one
mistake when I first joined the game and used Trainer 2012 back
in 2017, Since then I’ve played clean and consistently pushed
myself to improve and succeeded, I also post my VCMP gameplay on
my channel known as "GerZ Vcmp"

When did you start playing VC-MP?: late 2017
Have you joined any clan before? (if yes, why did you leave
them?):
UD - closed
SoA - closed
KF - I was a leader in KF but decided to step out due to
personal problems with Thunder in which he leaked private
messages and the clan is pretty much dead, should've been closed
long ago in my opinion

Why do you want to be a part of Ace Wolves Family?:
I'd like to start this by saying thanks to everyone who invited
me to the clan, I Appreciate it, first and foremost I know we've
had a rough history of fighting each other, but everything
changed this year, in which we started teaming up with each
other and fighting the same enemies, thus I was invited by a few
of my friends to join this clan and to continue supporting and
playing with you guys, and I don't mind doing that
Are you interested in playing clanwars/events?: Sure, making the
clan reach #1 would be my ultimate goal once I'm accepted and
I'm confident I'd be able to do that with ease.
What could you bring to our clan?:
Making the clan reach the TOP by winning every single
tournament, event or whatever, and helping in team-fights

Hey there, GerZ, I have a couple of questions for you:
1. What are your thoughts regarding our past, not only with me,
but also with other members? As far as I know, although we are
not on the same terms as before, nothing about what happened has
been discussed.
2. What guarantees us that you won't try to repeat your
sabotaging actions within the clan? Rumors have been heard about
your stays in F2 and KF, and members themselves of those clans
have mentioned those actions.
3. What would you do if your application gets denied?

1 - I don't hold grudges against anyone, hence why I applied
here and ofc there were some issues between us in the past, but
that was also the case between me and F2 before joining F2, i
used to fight against them and stuff, but then became a part of
them for 3 years, so yeah time changes everything
2 - Can you clarify more about which "sabotaging" actions that I
caused, because as far as I remember I run KF as it's leader for
around 3 years and helped keep the clan stay alive by promoting
it, keeping it on the leaderboards, and adding players who bring
value to the clan,
and as for F2 during my stay I've supported them in every way
possible, whether it's in events,clanwars,teamfights and
promoting the clan & creating servers for it,
I've been cool with each and everyone of them except for 2
members who never wanted me as a part of F2, Enf And Ninja, they
couldn't get past the previous fights that we had prior to me
joining F2, as they used to be enemies of mine and I posted alot
of videos on them killing them and making fun of them, so yeah
they held grudges and couldn't let go
So overall, I'd say I was a pretty good clanmate to those clans
and their members
3 - Well I was invited to this clan by a couple of it's members
I don't get why I'd get denied but if it does happen then I'll
respect your decision, Afterall everyone from your clan knows me
and knows what i bring, if they don't want me to be a part of
them then i guess there's not much that I can do.

Hey there, GerZ. As I usually do, I'd like to thank your for
your interest in joining us, it is a good sign about our
reputation in this small but close community.
There were various things that we considered before coming up
with a result about your application. So I'll list them down for
you, just in case you are interested in reading them.
1. You definitely are a great player with amazing skills,
regardless of the hacking accusations people have made
(including myself) about you. So, you definitely pass the skills
aspect in a high grade.
2. Now, this is when things start to get a little bit more
complicated. The so called alliance we have created is probably
a thing I have seen only once. Other than that, perhaps you have
certain affinity or closeness with some of our members, but that
affinity doesn't make up for the lack of trust some of our
members have about you. Let it be known this doesn't mean that
can't be changed, but as of now, it's something that needs to be
worked on.
3. There is a major matter in this and it's the experiences we
have had with you in the past. Although at least from my side
what's past is past, the past is the only piece of information
we have about you, since in the present we barely interact, and
what we know from you considering our past is not something very
positive. As I said, what is past is past, but some things taken
time, talking, forgiveness and other stuff to start over again.
Honestly, the level of abuse I saw coming (in the past, because
as I said, I don't really know the type of person you are right
now) from you is one I have never seen in this game.
4. Non-existent interaction. I know very well that you are a
close friend of some people within Ac3; though when you are
applying to Ac3, you are trying to join a family, not just a
bunch of friends. Let me tell you two examples; our most recent
acquisitions, Frewp and SsjZnaker had to go through a whole
rounds of talks with different members who didn't have a very
positive relationship with them, and here we are, very close and
positive about each other. From your side, I don't see that
interest in doing that. So pretty much, it feels like you are
joining them, not Ac3. The interaction doesn't reduce to talking
only, to be honest, if we have played together 3 times these
last two months, that'd be a lot. I am not particularly super
active, but I find my way to play 2 or 3 days per week for
hours.
In conclusion, despite the fact that you got a lot of positive
votes (they tripled the amount of negative votes), there are a
lot of unfinished talks that need to be finished before taking
the next step, there is more work required from your side to
join the clan, and finally, there is more to show from you to
show that you actually want to become one of us.
Having said that, your application has been denied. If you are
still interested in joining us, you can make an application 50
days after today, if that's not the case, we sincerely wish you
the best of lucks wherever you go.
