       We started to look at access again as The Highland Council are
       revising some parts of the Core path plans. We revisited the
       Castle of Mey correspondence, and also a couple of matters on
       the north coast, one of them the footbridge at the Halladale
       Bridge.  We will be visiting the bridge on 3 November to look at
       what is required if anything, as raised by Laura Gray of the
       Association of Northern Trails Scotland.
