Host file in Windows 7

Having just posted about using the HOST file in Windows 8 i
noticed that there are not any details in this section about
installing it in Windows 7.
1. Get over to this site
HTML http://winhelp2002.mvps.org/hosts.htm
and look down the page for a link that reads
Download: hosts.zip [right-click - Select: Save Target As]
[Updated December-07-2012]
2. Download this file and then unzip it with a program like
winrar or winzip or 7zip etc
3. In the unzipped folder you will find 5 files, one of them is
named MVPS, right click on this file and select RUN AS
ADMINISTRATOR,
( i know you think you are an Administrator, because that's what
it says on your account name when you log in but trust me, if
you try to instal this file with full and total Administrative
rights you will be refused access)
4. Almost instantly a small, postcard sized window will open
with some information. The last line will read "Press any key to
continue...".
5. Press any key and the HOST file will be installed and
running.
