       What a Pleasant Surprise !!!!!

       I noticed today when Geoff was talking about Google Earth -
       there was actually 6 people out of the 10 / 12  in front of me
       following what he was doing on their Laptops.
       A pleasant surprise because usually there is only One or Two
       following the presentation - no matter what it is about or who
       is giving it - the rest usually playing Solitaire  or answering
       E-mails  or Surfing the Web.
       I did not go to the rear of the room -   but no doubt they were
       all engrossed as usual in their own pet projects - with no idea
       of what was going on at the front at all.
       I wonder sometime why some people are actually members of the
       Club   -  when they not interested in the Club proceeding at all
       ????
