       new printer

       I bought a new printer which was broken. I took it back to the
       shop which is near Longos. Monday morning the owner of the shop
       was not there so we waited nearly two hours for  her to come and
       sort it out. After 2 hours we were told to come back the
       following day. After much jumping up and down and a few phone
       calls the owner agreed to accept 10 euros more and we could have
       another printer which we took with us. A few years ago we had
       similar problem with a printer that we had bought  from Dynos
       but they changed it straight away with no problems. I am sure
       that the sale of goods act is the same here as in the UK. Am I
       deluding myself on that one  or is the weather upsetting what I
       have left of a brain.
