       I use  tp-Link router which I share with several other house
       holds, how can we increase the signal as it drops out with one
       person and is the same as network?

       The simplest way to get a router giving better range is to move
       it around. It's surprising what a shift in position can do.
       Otherwise this link is has a good selection of tips on various
       things to try. High gain antennas are easy to obtain.

       I don't understand what you mean by "it drops out with one
       person and is the same as network?" - can you clarify that
       please.

       sharing with your neihbours?

       Well sort of yes and sort of no. You are in effect setting up a
       home network, and this does enable sharing with others. HOWEVER,
       you only share what you want to share (and I presume none of you
       want to share your files or printers or the like - just the
       internet connection.)
       How you allow or disallow sharing depends on which Windows
       version you are using (that's all of you on the network.)
