       USER Accounts, The good, the bad, and the ugly

       Attached below is the detailed explanation covering today's talk
       on User Accounts, I have also added a section on setting up a
       new/secondary account within your present system.
       I will create a further document to cover the transferring of
       your existing data, files and folders from your present
       Administrator level account to the new User account.
