"saving" photos

I emailed some photos to my daughter which she says that she has
received in something called "Office Manager" She cannot find
a way of saving them to her documents from there. I feel sure
that there must be a way, so is there a solution please ?

Can you tell us some more details - how they were emailed
(attachments?) - what format they were in (.jpg?) - what email
program she uses, and whether she accesses it on-line or witrh
an email client (eg Outlook?).
When you say "received them in Office Manager" - what does this
mean - are they in her Downloads folder, and simply opening in
Office Manager? - What do you mean by Office Manager? - is it
simply the picture utility in MS Office? - or another Office
program.
If the pictures are in her downloads folder - right click them
and choose "open with" in the context manager to open them with
another program.
OR
Drag them from the downloads folder into whichever other folder
she wants them in.
OR
From whatever program they open in, choose "save as" and save
them to wherever she wants (eg My Pictures).

Thanks David, I do not know what she means by Office Manager
either but I have emailed her your advice and if that does not
work she will have to wait until her son comes back from
honeymoon to sort it out for her !!
