Translating text using Microsoft Word 2010 & 2013

Trying to get a bit ahead now and posting support documents
before the talk (hopefully this Friday), that's means this
Friday which is at the end of the week after i am posting this
not the Friday which maybe in 6 months time when you might be
reading this which will mean that i wrote this 6 months ago,
anyway i'm sure you get the idea.
We will be having a talk (see above as to when it is or when it
was)on translating text using various methods, Web based,
Installed software, Google translate and Microsoft Office.
For my part i have placed the information about the Microsoft
Office Word translation system into a Word .docx and a PDF file.
These are available below for download. Let me know if you
require any help with the installation of the Text to Speech
files. While these are in no way needed to use the translation
service they do enhance the functions available for people like
me who are classed as Bi-illiterate (that means i can't read or
write in two languages)

As stated in the "Whats on at the club this week" section, I
have added the documents to cover the use of Abbyy Screenshot
reader.
