Loss of internet connection after using CC cleaner +

i have used "CC cleaner" and " wise Disk Cleaner" on my lap top.
Now I have no internet connection. :( :( I have used both
these before with no problems but i am on a different internet
provider ( grannet) up here in alicante.
I have done a system restore still got the problem. Nothing
wrong with provider as I am now using my ipad on it.
Can you help me please

Going to need a bit more info first. Has the wireless switch
been turned off? Is there a signal being shown as received in
the bottom right of the screen? If there is a signal and you
hover the mouse over the icon does it say Local access only? if
you click the wireless icon can you click connect and re-enter
your router password.
Post back and i will see what i can come up with.

I don't know how but it is OK now.
The wireless was not switched off . I was using the ipad at the
same time
There was something at the bottom right side of screen but it
was yellow, I didn't hover over it so not sure what would
happen.
If I clicked on the icon and the details came up they said I was
connected and the signal was good but internet explorer ,
firefoax and chrome could not connect me to any site.
So I did the system restore
I am to frightened to use CC cleaner or Wise Disk cleaner now
