I know i have already answered this via email but for the
benefit of others
This is specifically for Windows 7, but XP, Vista & Windows 8
are similar
Look at the bottom right of the screen to find the wireless
icon,
It may not be visible, if not then click the small up arrow and
it will show
Now right click on it and select “open network and sharing
center”
In the window that opens click “change adapter settings”
Look for an icon marked wireless network and with a green signal
Right click and select “STATUS”
In the box that opens select Wireless properties
Then click the Security tab and then tick the show characters
box
Or

Find the network you want the password for (this will show all
previous network connections)
Right click on the network you want the password for.
Select properties.
Click the Security Tab and tick the “Show characters” box
This is in fact easier than the first method so I don’t know why
I bothered with that one, anyway as usual there are always more
than one way to do something in Windows.
