Method of Testing for Applicants - Submitted for AoW approval

AoW members, based on what I've read in our forums, here is what
i have compiled as our testing method. Please review it and
comment as necessary. I'd like us to have a consistent testing
strategy ASAP.

1) Applicant plays 1vs1 against AoW/e$a member. Applicant
chooses mode and map and saves a screenshot (f12 does a
screenshot) of the results for posting in this forum (Step #4).
2) Then the applicant must save screenshots of good public
matches. The applicant's opponents should not be noobs, but
names we recognize and know that they are good players.
3) Next, the applicant should save screenshots of inters (which
are a big testing method)
4) The applicant is responsible for posting all the screenshots.
The applicant should posts LINKS to the screenshots (DO NOT USE
THIS FORUM'S UPLOAD FEATURE). We recommend using tinypic.com for
image hosting. Applicant must upload screenies to tinypic.com
(or some other site) and then post links to these images in the
forum for Clan Council review.
5) Finally the AoW Council votes (f1 = YES, f2 = NO). If any
member of the AoW Council is unable to vote in a timely manner
(except for JG99, his vote is mandatory), other council members
may request any AoW member (in good standing) to vote as well.
Notes:
Training or playing against "BrK Dr4GoNz" is highly recommended
and posting of the game (even if you lose) is helpful in
determining applicant's status.

members have to also be responsible to post screenshots if the
applicant does not for any sort of reason....even if he/she
doesnt want to i will or anyof you post screenshtos too

Inters are 2vs2 or mOre with mixed clans like an example would
be
Aow and e$a and =TUF= have an inter and other people are in it
too so the teams would be mixed with aow or e$a or tuf
