       hello guys, I was playing good today when I noticed that I am
       banned from the servers of you, and the server of two clans, and
       was not banned in the game that I remember, I do not use any
       kind of "hack", so I suppose part of my ip is like some hacker
       who went by their server, will you help me? my ip: 187.14.85.76,
