Josh entered the holodeck, he had a program designed that he
brought with him from his pervious posting. He entered it into
the database and he waited for the computer to gather the data.
Moments later the computer voice chimed. "Program loading is
complete. Do you wish to begin the specified program? " Josh
walked to the center of the holodeck and said. "Yes begin
program. " The holodeck changed from a black room with yellow
square lines into a planet side environment. He looked around
and was pleased with the result.

KnodwI arrived at the holodeck to see that a program was
running. He noticed that his brother program was running. He
walked to the entrance and entered.
"Well hello dear brother.", he said in his stern Klingon voice.

Josh smiled and walked over. He grabbed his forearm and his
brother grabbed his, they have always shaked hands that way.
To them it was a sign of strength, and unity. "How in the hell
did you get to be assigned here? I thought you was on the Hood
       near the Romulan neutral zone."

I sent a communique to you, letting you know that the Hood was
getting decommissioned the end of last month. Ship of sixty
years, Starfleet thought it was time for her to go in mothballs.
So brother are we going to play or not?
He looked at his brother ready for the games.

"I never got the message, but i was bouncing ship to ship
making my way here. Oh well, yeah let's do it. I'm sure you
recognize the program." Josh turned his head to the left.
"Computer begin level 16 with standard phaser rifles, hand
phasers, six allied troops and a company size element of enemy
forces." A split second later the weapons and allied troops
arrive. "Ready?" He asked his brother.

Let's do this. Picking up a rifle and hand weapon.
       He headed for his position.

Josh picked up his weapons. " let's wait a few to see if anyone
joins in. I'm dying to see how this crew reacts to certain
       situations."

Of course Elihu was going to show up; he'd cross-trained as a
security officer for a few months on Earth Spacedock immediately
after graduating the Academy. Counselors did not have a lot to
do soon after graduation because commanding officers would
rather a green ensign take the helm of a starship than guide or
comfort an unstable or excessively emotional psyche. Besides, it
was either that or apprentice under the science officers and
       Elihu was not doing that.
Approximately three minutes into their wait, Elihu arrived,
albeit timidly. Though he had a respectable amount of tactical
training for a psychiatrist, he had an incredibly unimpressive
body with little to no athletic aptitude whatsoever, not to
mention the social finesse of a stray Antaran cat on an warp 5
       Tellarite freighter.
       Whatever that means.
       Exactly.
“Um,” started the somewhat nervous ensign. “Lieutenant Benson
told me you were coming down here for some tactical training.
Hope you don't mind if I join.”
He hesitantly made his way over to the holographic weapons
constructed for the simulation and collected a type II phaser
and a type III Mark IV phaser compression rifle. “I'll watch
your six and follow your lead,” he said, holstering his sidearm
and putting his rifle at the ready position, pointed forward and
       down.
Ensign M'Konel knew that he would not be able to feel the
“emotions” of the holograms, because they did not have emotions,
but he still had his intuition, his ability to see subtle
changes and read body movement and facial expressions.

Josh walked towards the new ensign. "Of course your welcome to
be here. Now i have one question. How many hours or
simulations, or real combat scenarios have you done. I'm just
trying to get a feel so you're not bombarded to fast or too
       much. "

Elihu answered nervously, "I only have 160 hours of combat
training, no real combat, unless you count bar brawls." He
smirked as he recalled the last one. "I trained a little with
       MACO's. I have 90% accuracy with a rifle, 97% accuracy with a
hand phaser, and second degree certification in the Vulcan art
       of Suus Mahna."
