He finished his peace, then he opened the conference room hatch.
"The captain is waiting for you sir."
He left the door way clear for the admiral and party to enter.

Patrick looked at the Klingon for a moment then spoke
"I happen to Know Klingons alot better then you think I
personally don't care who your family is you asked a question
and opened the box and I happened to seen death's of greater men
and they were Klingons so prove to me of your personal duty as a
warrior and defend this ship and your fellow Officer" Finished
Patrick as he alone steped though the door and closed it locked
it.
Patrick walked into the Conference room Proper then without a
flick of an eye
~Computer Seal this Room Disable Internal Communications and
Sensors and erroct a Level 10 Force Field to Block Transporter
Level 10 Overide EchoAlpha Nine Two Blue~
~Computer:Acknowledged ~
Patrick then place the two PADD'S on the table
"Captian are you aware of the situation from the Federation
Council"asked Brown

Josh was sitting at the table when the door opened. He quickly
stood up and snapped to attention when he heard his brother
announce.

There was almost a growl tone in the voice. Josh knew it was his
brother that conducted the escort but something made him angry.

Josh heard Patrick speak one final sentence to his departing
brother. Then once the Admiral walked in he sealed the room. It
nearly put Josh on alert. Then when Patrick spoke about the
situation from the council only one thing ran across his mind.
"Sir, if this is about the Tholian ship then you'll notice in my
report that they violated our space, they was given numerous
opportunities to exit the system. They then threatened the ship
so a bluff was made where i stated that additional ships was
approaching. Which seemed to do the trick until the Klingon
vessel that was attached to us fired a single shot causing them
to flee. A flee that came with a warning from the Tholian
Captain. If there is anything else then no I'm afraid not cause
signals don't come in to clear in the patch. Only other contact
we had was from the Essex saying to remain at our present
location for your arrival."
Josh then looked into the eyes of the Admiral. "If you like
Admiral this ship records all activity once she goes on red
alert, you can review the logs if you wish."

"The Valor matched the stance of a ship that tried to lay claim
on a planet in Federation space. I explained to them that while
the people on Ba'ku are not members of the Federation the planet
does indeed belong to us and that the Ba'ku are in a sense under
our protection ever since the forced relocation that the
Federation council supposedly approved but reconsidered after
they realized the So'nas true origins. The crew of the Vaor did
not take any action without direction and we was on guard with a
ship that threatened to destroy us. As for the Klingons i can't
speak for them. I'm not their captain so they're actions are
their hands alone. I have already sent word of this to the
Klingon empire as stated in my report."
Josh felt flustered and the blood rushing to his cheeks. "And as
for proper protocol, if you're upset about not meeting you in
the transporter i did have other matters to attend to that
included myself and Commander Brown. So i sent my brother
Lieutenant Shepard to greet you. As i consider him an extension
of myself, and the rest of the senior staff was conducting their
respective duties and i placed Commander Harriman in command of
the bridge so he was unable to leave. However Lieutenant Shepard
is an assistant department head so that does fall within the
principle guidelines. Regulation states that yes command
officers or senior staff must greet officers above the rank of
captain unless those officers are busy with duties that prevent
that but then a selected officer must be on the security detail
and at least be an assistant department head officially on
record and he fit that requirement so he was sent by his
immediate supervisor."

to stand it down to only a Tatical Wing of 6 or 8 Ships but
given the Tholian issue they issued Directive 5649.87 ordering a
Fleet to be based out of the region. Starfleet chose thr 8th
Fleet and we are moving here and building a Ground base any
questions so far"asked Brown

Josh was slightly shocked by this news. First the council wanted
him removed as captain for defending their planet and that
Admiral Brown actually stood up for him. Guess me saving his
life kinda humbled him. Josh thought to himself.
"Sir i have many questions but some i would like to discuss in
private but right now my main questions would be what ships will
be assigned to this sector, how are we going to combat the
subspace communication problem within the patch. Right now as it
stands anything outside of the patch won't make it through and
from here to the end of the patch is nineteen hours traveling at
full impulse and that's pushing the engines drastically, and
what of the Ba'ku. Their society rejects technology and we're
going to build a station near here. Don't get me wrong it is a
good tactical position but if i may make a suggestion then if we
go planet side i recommend that our teams or what ever goes down
there are on the other side of the planet far from their
village."

"That PADD has the plan for the 8th Fleet an Due to the time
cruch to build a new would take 18 months if we had the
resources but we do'nt. So we have Six Weeks to build it and
would need hands on organization as We will have full Fleet
strength about 75 Vessels to be assigned to the sector you as
the Flagship would be in charge" finished Brown then looking at
both men
"Or you take go on an Adventure on this PADD our Intelligence
operatives managed to gain a Datalink that the Tolions sent to
the So'na they have found a way of FTL in the Patch which might
be a stopping stone of findings out more about the Patch I could
always ask the Enterprise to do the mission unless you want it"

[Outside the Conference room]
B'Ozian turned to look at the Klingon officer and shook he head
slightly which was exaggerated by his long flowing mane of hair.
"Lieutenant you are either a very brave man or a fool and i do
not think it is the latter, Admiral Brown is never in a good
mood when he has to make visits like this one." He paused and
then pointed to the door "However you have just put yourself
firmly in his mind and he always respects people who are up
front and honest with him, but be careful what you ask for as
now he knows you, you could be getting a lot of extra work, The
Admiral may call me a friend now but believe me it was not
always the case" He then turned to the other officer.
"You recovered well earlier and I am impressed that you stayed
out of the way for that little chat, however believe me the
Admiral will be in a foul mood for his visit here". He didn't
say why but he knew it was more than just John this time that
had the Admiral in a bad temper.
Now gentlemen I would suggest you try not to confront the
Admiral for at least an hour after he leaves this room, let him
vent his anger that has built up on the voyage here, but I will
tell you this, he is the one reason we are all one the same
ship, he fought to stop this ship being placed on reserve". He
left it at that he was sure he did ot need to say more.

Josh thought for a moment. He contemplated his choices. "Sir i
believe we'll the mission for the patch. It could prove valuable
to the Federation. The Enterprise is out by the Romulan neutral
zone it would take them weeks to get here to do either. So i can
assign a number of my crew to assist in the building for
temporary assignment. It can be done add long as the ships with
the materials arrive in time, this will put a great strain on
everyone though as they'll be basically working around the
clock."
