"Great babe and yeah I'm ready to head out " Brooke replied
tucking the blanket around Caia Mae in order to keep her warm
and smiled seeing her husband's reaction to their daughter being
in her stroller for the first time." Would you like to push her
stroller ?" she asked thinking it would be a lovely thing for
Jacob to do and besides she was happy for her husband to do this
first.

Jacob smiled when Brooke offered him the opportunity to push
Caia Mae in her stroller. He nodded and said "I would love to."
He hands her the diaper bag and goes over to his daughter and
strokes her cheek some more. "Daddy is gonna give you a ride on
your stroller sweetie." He said as he grips the handles of the
stroller and began pushing Caia Mae.

Brooke smiled at Jacob's response and when he spoke to their
daughter before placing the diaper bag onto her shoulder and
followed him as he began pushing the stroller. "Any ideas on
where you would like to eat? " she asked pressing the release
button on the panel next to the main door of their quarters so
Jacob could go through first.

She recognized the Lieutenant Commander from medical files and
wondered if he would be on the new ship as well. Nodding her
head she tried her hand at short conversation as Reava had
gotten into the bad habit of being a complete introvert instead
of a happy medium of introvert and extrovert. "I was just
walking around, saying a final goodbye of sorts to the place I
called home for six weeks. I'm to report to a new Starship but I
don't know it's name."

John smiled at her reply and tobe honest he wasdoing the same
thing in a way. "I understand Lieutenant, I was doing the same
thing to be honest. This place puts me in mind of the Academy
with all the shops and people. As for the ship,I still do not
know the name yet either but the CO and XO are in with the SCO
about that now." he replied.

Brooke wasn't too far behind her husband as they headed for the
turbo lift " You have a deal babe and I'm thinking that old
fashioned Southern restaurant on the main level of the
Promenade" She replied hitching the diaper bag back onto her
shoulder.

dear." He replied. He looked down to Caia Mae and said "Does
that sound good to you too sweetie?"

Turbo lift
Brooke called out "Promenade" as the lift doors closed behind
them and couldn't help but smile as their daughter gurgled in
response to what her father had said. " She definitely knows who
her daddy is and just wait until we're able to take her to the
holodeck with us especially the Florida programme " she said as
the lift began to move.

Jacob smiled and geld Brooke's hand. "I can't wait till she sees
that." He says. "I'll have to make a few adjustments for when
she gets older."
