Main Engineering
Howell was in his office, located just off of main engineering.
He was sitting at his desk, surrounded by a pile of PADD's and
engineering tools. He was running diagnostics on the turbolift
systems following his incident. Turbolift 2 was still out of
service until he could get the parts to repair it replicated and
repaired the on-board computers.
Dan kicked his feet along the floor, causing his chair to roll
to the replicator. He replicated a Coffee before rolling back to
his desk. Taking a sip, he reviewed the results from the
diagnostics and failed to find anything of interest apart from
what he already knew with turbolift 2. Sighing, he then
commenced a diagnostics of the Warp Engines. he then sat back in
his chair and drank his coffee, waiting for the computer to
finish the diagnostics.

Sickbay
It had all been a blur. One moment she was treating Lieutenant
KnodwI and it seemed like the very next moment she had been
reassigned. At least, that's how it felt though that wasn't how
things actually happened.
Reava looked around the sickbay and it was a new home, a new
start and along with that a new promotion and the official title
of CMO. The ginger haired female sighed lightly and headed
toward her office in order to familiarize herself with this
crew.
CMO's Office
After taking a seat Reava grabbed a large PADD nearby and began
looking up medical information on the Churchill's crew, there
were some names she recognized but quite a few she didn't.

Ready Room
After Josh had also answered Captain Anderson, Brooke waited to
see what would be said next or whether they where going to be
dismissed when a sharp pain ripped through her abdomen causing
her to double up in agony. Her main concern was for her unborn
daughter and knew it was far too early for her to give birth but
even though she tried to remain calm panic set in as she
clutched her abdomen with both hands. "Commander, Captain I
think somethings wrong" she said her voice almost a whisper as
she prayed that everything would be okay.

Josh jumped up to his feet and before the captain could respond,
Josh tapped his communicator. =^=Medical emergency captains
ready room.=^= Josh announced while trying to comfort Brooke.
"It'll be ok Brooke. Calm down, slow your breathing, grab my
hand." Josh have her his hand so she could squeeze it for the
pain she was going through.

Brooke barely registered what was going on as she tried to focus
on getting through all of this, willing herself not to let the
tears fall, wanting Jacob but at the same time she didn't want
to worry him especially with him being on duty. She managed to
hear Josh as he tried to comfort her and looked at him as she
grabbed his offered hand not saying anything only nodding in
acknowledgement as she concentrated on calming down and slowing
her breathing.

CMO's Office
Yet despite the information that was displayed on the PADD
Reava's eyes weren't focused on it. Instead her mind started to
drift off thinking about how she would have liked to be able to
tell her mother about her promotion, how with the help of others
two of her patients lived, how she even faced the risk of being
stricken with the unknown illness twice.

Sickbay to Captain's Ready Room
Reava's mind snapped out of the path it had been going down and
setting down the PADD she had one of the nurses assist her with
an ant-grav unit as she grabbed a medical emergency kit. While
in the turbolift Reava, for once, actually remembered to call
ahead of time. Though in her defense the last medical emergency
she dealt with was in an officer's personal quarters and as the
Klingon was the only one involved then she didn't need to
respond. =^=I'm on my way sir.=^=
Once the turolift doors opened she rushed across the edge of the
bridge and into the Captain's ready room. Seeing Brooke the
ginger haired Betazoid pulled out her medical tricorder and
began scanning the pregnant woman. "What happened?"

Brooke looked up as the CMO arrived and started scanning her
before asking what had happened and heard Josh answer her but
knew she had to say something. " I felt a sharp pain in my
abdomen causing me to double ... she paused to get her breath "
up in agony, please I just want my baby to be okay".

Ready Room
Anderson wondered what was happening at first, then he realised
he'd read about the Lieutenant being pregnant. His heart sank at
that point and for one of the first times in his life he felt
useless. Josh had promptly called for medical to attend and
equally promptly the new CMO was on scene.
"I'll be on the bridge was all he could muster." Standing he
made for the door, before exiting he turned to face Josh and
gave the man a nod to keep doing as he was doing. On that he
left the ready room.
Bridge
"Mr Bozian, any word from the away team?" The Captain asked
approaching the command chair.

As soon as the Captain entered the bridge the Caitian sprang to
his feet "No Sir, however they are due to check in, in 3
minutes" He stepped away from the Captain's seat and awaited
further orders, he could see the look of concern on the
Captain's face and had also heard the hail and seen the arrival
of the CMO, "Is everything ok sir"? He asked as he stepped back
towards ops.
