Brooke listened intently as her husband spoke about his love of
history and his excitement at what they were both about to
experience. She looked at him and smiled " I'm glad it did as I
got to meet and fall in love with the most caring,loving and
interesting man" she replied " History was a passion of mine too
and now I get to share that with you" she said. She didn't care
if it came out a bit soppy but it was how she genuinely felt and
when it came to Jacob it showed just how much they were meant to
be together.

The lift stopped on the deck and Jacob stepped out still holding
Brooke's hand and led her to the Holodeck.
[B]Holodeck 2[/b]
Jacob walked Brooke toward the entrance of the Holodeck and
tapped the console. "Computer, initiate program Starfleet 1." He
smiled as the computer processed and beeped. The computer
replied "Program complete. Enter when ready."
Jake looked at Brooke and said "Ready?"

Brooke looked at her husband when asked if she was ready " I
sure am babe " she replied squeezing his hand slightly before
lightly kissing his cheek. She turned back and waited to step
back in time with her husband feeling a mixture of excitement
and nerves but knew they would soon vanish once they were in the
programme.

them. Before them was the Bridge of the first starship Starfleet
ever made.

Brooke stopped for a moment as she looked around the Bridge
still not quite believing that she was actually looking at it.
Her husband had out done himself with regards to the programme
and she couldn't wait to experience it instead of just reading
about it. " Its wonderful and everything I imagined it would be
from all of those books that I read about it ".

Seeing her husband's reaction to his creation and hearing speak
about what he had done made her smile, she knew how hardworking
he was and how imaginative he could be and knew she was in for
something special and unique for both of them. " Have I ever
told you how clever and brilliant you are " she replied looking
at him " I can tell how hard you've worked on this and I'm
extremely proud of what you've achieved".

Feeling his lips brush her cheek sent a pleasant tingle through
her body but when he mentioned a special member of the crew
again she was intrigued as to who it would be. " I look forward
to seeing this special member of the crew and knowing you with
your surprises its going to be good".

Jacob smiled and sighed happily awaiting the arrival of the crew
